Governance

Accountability needs a name and a scope.

We show the foundation’s current structure as it is — without inventing bodies, teams, or mechanisms that may only be created in the future.

Founder · President of the Management Board

The Management Board conducts the foundation’s affairs and represents it externally. In its current one-person composition, declarations on behalf of the foundation are made by the President acting alone.

Minimum safeguards at the present stage.

A one-person structure accelerates decisions but makes disclosure more important. We therefore disclose funding, relationships, and limitations before presenting future results.

01

Fact separated from plan

Present reality is stated in the present tense. Ambitions and proposed mechanisms are identified as future.

02

Funding disclosure

Every change in funding source is to be disclosed in the transparency section.

03

Relationships attached to outputs

Future materials concerning KLNR.AI will disclose the shared founder and implementation interest.

04

Correction, not erasure

Material corrections to future outputs will identify the date and scope of change.

The structure will grow with real activity, not ahead of it.

As grants, partnerships, or a broader research programme emerge, the foundation will assess the need for additional scientific review, conflict-of-interest rules, and oversight mechanisms. They will be communicated only after formal establishment.
